Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of reimbursing Major General Chester E. Gorski, Massachusetts Army National Guard for legal expenses incurred in defending himself in a civil complaint initiated by the then Adjutant General Raymond A. Vezina, and after appropriation has been made therefore, there shall be paid to Major General Gorski the sum of $30,136.94. Said complaint having been subsequently withdrawn and Major General Gorski having acted properly and in good faith as a member of the Massachusetts Militia in submitting complaints regarding activities within the Massachusetts National Guard.
