Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 73 of chapter 60, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 9, the word “and” and by inserting, after the word "commonwealth," in line 10, the following words:- , and the balance of the money paid into court as aforesaid by the petitioner not chargeable to fees shall be retained by the Land Court and added to its operating account.
