AN ACT to repeal restrictions on sidewalk counseling and demonstrating.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 120E1/2 of Chapter 266 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby repealed.
