Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 98 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in the first paragraph by inserting after the word “blindness” in line 4 the following new words:- , mode of registered transportation, apparel related to the operation of a mode of registered transportation, membership in any social and/or sport-related association,
