In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT exempting certain persons from jury duty

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 234A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after clause 5 the following clause:-

5 1/2.  Such person has custody of and is solely responsible for the daily supervision of a child under the age of 10.
