AN ACT relative to small claims damages

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 21 of chapter 218, as appearing in the 2002 official edition is hereby amended in line 6 by striking, after the words “damages more than” the word “two” and inserting the following:- “four”
