AN ACT concerning abuse prevention

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 209A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following after the word "relationship," in line 20:- "or where one person attempts to engage the other in a substantive dating relationship,".
