AN ACT expanding the ‘drug and alcohol’ exemption from peer reporting requirements to also exempt mental health conditions

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 5F of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in the second paragraph, after the words “requirements of a” in the fifth sentence, the words, “mental health,”.
