In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT relative to the financial control board in the city of springfield

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. . Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Chapter 169 of the acts of 2004 shall be amended by striking in line 12 of Section 2 “2012” and replacing it with “2027” and also striking in line 14 of Section 2 “2013” and replacing it with “2028”.
