In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT to encourage patient safety in the administration of vaccines by non-medical venues

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following after Section 32 the following:-

Boards of health in cities and towns shall be granted oversight and licensure of non-medical venues administrating all vaccines including seasonal influenza vaccine.
