Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is amended by inserting at the end of the seventh paragraph the following:- Notwithstanding any general or specific law to the contrary, if a registered physician is convicted of cases of medical malpractice said physician shall have their registration revoked.
