No. 1245) of Richard T. Moore for legislation to require
certain agencies and the Board of Higher Education to
submit any collected data on nursing to the Massachusetts
Center for Nursing. Public Health.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Executive Office of Health and Human Services and all agencies, departments and boards within said secretariat, the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, the Board of Higher Education and any other state agency, board or department that collects data, conducts surveys or gathers information related to the practice of nursing, the supply of nursing workforce, the supply of nursing faculty or other nursing workforce issues shall regularly submit said data and information to the Massachusetts Center for Nursing, Inc.
