AN ACT relative to english language requirement for acupuncturists

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 152 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended in subsection (c) of the first paragraph by striking the words: “or have a translator available to communicate with patients and physicians,”.
