In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT reassigning the town of Southborough to a different emergency services region

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The department of public health shall reassign the town of Southborough from the metropolitan Boston emergency medical services region IV to the central Massachusetts emergency medical services region II.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon passage.
