Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7B of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “operator thereof” in line 80 the following:- “and each passenger,” and by inserting after the words “said operator” in line 80 the following:- “and all passengers.”
