In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT relative to public safety, proper identification and notification of emergency exits

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  All establishments will provide signage that notifies the user/occupants of the location of emergency exits; and also, urges the user/occupant that in the event of an emergency that they should stay calm and proceed orderly to one of these exits; and that the state develop and order all school districts to advise students of the procedure to evacuate a premise in an orderly and calm manner in an emergency
