AN ACT prohibiting the use of chain link basketball nets

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 45 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 18 the following the following section: -

“SECTION 18A.  The use of chain link metal basketball nets in public parks, playgrounds, and recreation centers shall be prohibited.”
