In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT authorizing the Teachers' Retirement Board to include additional compensation in calculating the retirement allowance of Nancy Swanson

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the teachers’ retirement board in determining the retirement allowance of Nancy Swanson shall include in its calculation of her regular compensation the additional 15 days per school year and the stipend of 10 per cent of base salary that she received during her years of service as the mathematics department head at Leominster High School.
