AN ACT relative to compsulory bargaining

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   The provisions of Chapter 150E are hereby repealed. Contractual obligations entered into under Chapter 150E prior to enactment of this legislation with respect to wages, hours, standards or productivity and performance, and any other terms and conditions of employment, including without limitation, in the case of teaching personnel employed by a school committee, class size and workload shall be binding on all parties until the termination date of such contracts. Not withstanding the foregoing, there shall be no continuing obligations with respect to future negotiations or terms of employment.
