AN ACT to increase the spousal retirement allowance

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Subdivision (2) of Section 12 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 98 and 102, the words “two-thirds” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “three-quarters”
