AN ACT establishing a sick leave bank for todd j. martinson, an employee of the monson developmental center

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Monson Developmental Center (MDC) shall establish a sick leave bank for Todd J. Martinson, an employee of this facility.  Any employee of MDC may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal, or vacation days to the sick leave bank for Mr. Martinson’s use.  Whenever Mr. Martinson terminates employment with the facility or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, the balance of the sick leave time shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank.
