Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 109L of chapter 41 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “enforcement.” in line 23 the following new sentence:-
Any full-time member of a police department participating taking approved coursework at an accredited college or university shall not be responsible for fees from the college or university associated with enrollment in the approved course or courses.
