Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 21 of chapter 30 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:—
If a person receives a salary from the treasury such person shall not be entitled to receive additional compensation including bonuses from any other state entity.
