In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT including employees of the old colony planning council in the group insurance plan.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to include forthwith employees of the Old Colony Planning Council in the group insurance plan, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 32A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "council", in line 8, the following words:- , the Old Colony Planning Council.

SECTION 2. Section 8 of said chapter 32A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "council", in line 123, the following words:- , the Old Colony Planning Council.
