In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT authorizing additional public employees creditable retirement service time for active service in the armed services.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 71 of the Acts of 1996, is hereby amended by inserting the words “including members of the judiciary” after the words “a member in service for a retirement system as defined in Section One.”
