AN ACT relative to the retirement of school police in the city of brockton.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Group 4 of paragraph (g) of subdivision 2 of section 3 of chapter 32 of the 2004 General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “vehicles” the words “School Police Officers who are special police officers in the city of Brockton.”
