AN ACT to include compensation for all academic activities in regular compensation

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 32, as appearing in section 9 of chapter 58 of the acts of 2006, is hereby amended by inserting, in the definition of the term “regular compensation”, after the words “in connection with a school lunch program”, in the third sentence, the following:- , an extended day program, a summer school program, the oversight of student clubs and activities.
