In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT relative to the state retirement system.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The definition of “Group 4” as contained in section 3 (g) of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the words “licensed electricians,” the following:- “heating, ventilation and air conditioning mechanics,”

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
