AN ACT to restore collective bargaining rights for employees of the MBTA

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The first paragraph of section 25 of Chapter 161A of the General Laws, as amended by section 151 of Chapter 127 of the Acts of 1999, is hereby further amended by striking out clause (vi).
