AN ACT including public works employees in group four

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting in the description of Group 4 of Paragraph (g) of Subdivision (2) after the words “electrical generating or distribution plan” the words:

“employee of Public Works Department”
