Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (1) of Section 11 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 13, by striking out the word “zero” and inserting the words:- fifty percent of the rate of regular interest otherwise payable; and in line 18, by striking the word “fifty” and inserting the words:- one hundred
