AN ACT relative to the retirement group classification of MWRA electricians

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Subdivision (2)(g) of section 3 of chapter 32 as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition of the Massachusetts General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting in line 291, after the word “Authority,” the following words - “or Massachusetts Water Resources Authority”.
