AN ACT extending benefits to Lynn Flynn

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Lynn Flynn, a clerk at the Charlton College of Business of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, shall, for the purposes of seniority and vacation benefits, be considered to have been employed in her current position during the entire period of her employment by the commonwealth.
