AN ACT providing that the employees of the Committee for Public Counsel Services shall have collective bargaining rights under chapter 150e of the General Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 150E of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding to said section 3 the following new paragraph:—
The appropriate bargaining unit in the case of employees of the committee for public counsel services created by chapter 211D of the General Laws, shall be the employees of the committee excluding only managerial and confidential employees.
