AN ACT relative to the retirement rights of certain employees of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “them”, in line 276, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, the following words:— non-clerical employees of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.
