In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT to further regulate the retirement benefits of members of the University of Massachusetts police department.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 3 (2) (g) of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by inserting, in the paragraph entitled Group 4, after the words, “any police officer of the Massachusetts Transportation Authority”, the following words:—; “any police officer of the University of Massachusetts Police Department.”.
