Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Group 4 of Paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) of Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “facilities” and before the “district”, in line 2999, the following words:- and uniformed employees of a municipal or public emergency medical service who are certified at any level as an Emeregency Medical Technician by the Department of Public Health.
