In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT granting retirement service credit for a certain retiree of the Department of Revenue

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the state retirement board shall allow William Thibault, a former employee of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue to purchase retirement service credit for the time in which he served as a Selectman in the town of Blackstone, 1988-1991 inclusive.
