In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT to include county correctional case workers and social workers in group 4 for retirement purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Clause (g) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 official edition, is amended in line 297 by inserting after the words “assistant deputy superintendent” the following words “, case worker, social worker”.

Section 2.         This act shall take effect upon its passage.
