AN ACT expanding the eligibility for creditable buyback for certain National Association of Government Employees

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 383 of Chapter 159 of the Acts of 2000 is hereby amendment by striking out the date “1989” and inserting in place thereof the following date “1981.”
