In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT requiring the retirement board to pay to Marjorie Sheehan,widow of John W. Sheehan, certain retirement benefits

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any provisions of chapter 32 of the General Laws to the contrary, the Norfolk county retirement board shall pay a retirement allowance under section 94 and section 89 of said chapter 32 which shall be equivalent to the allowance which Marjorie Sheehan would otherwise have been entitled for accidental death benefits under said sections 94 and 89.
