In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT authorizing the Dukes county contributory retirment system to grant certain retirement benefits

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, and in order to promote the public good, the Dukes county contributory retirement system shall pay Joann DeBettencourt retirement benefits equal to the benefits which would have been paid to her if she had been classified in Group 4.
