AN ACT relative to the collective bargaining for maintenance staff of the state quartermaster

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 150A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of paragraph (2) thereof the following sentence:- “The word “Employer” shall include the State Quartermaster in his capacity as employer of individuals who are not members of the militia or national guard and who are not public employees of an employer as defined in Chapter 150E.”
