AN ACT further providing that certain teachers shall be credited with service to nonpublic schools

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Subsection (4A) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “service,”, in line 442, the following words:- member retired,; and by inserting after the word "before", in line 452, the following words:- or after.
