Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (5) of Section 20 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following: (m) A retirement board may create, designate, or approve agencies or instrumentalities to provide members with information about retirement planning and options and to provide retirees with information about benefits and to do all other things necessary and desirable to support the purposes of the retirement system.
