AN ACT relative to the valuation of real property

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 38D of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word “shall” and inserting in place thereof the word “may”.
