In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT relating to the taxation of the retail sale of college textbooks

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Section 6 of Chapter 64H of the General Laws shall be amended by adding after subsection (vv); the following section:-

 “(ww) sales of college textbooks by a college bookstore on a college campus.”
