AN ACT increasing the minimum tax credit for owners or tenants of residential property 65 years of age or older.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 6 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 323, the figure, “$750” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$1500.”
