AN ACT making certain changes in the law granting property tax reductions for qualifying seniors over age 70.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 5 of Chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out (B) from section 5 clause 41C (1/2).
