AN ACT senior property tax residence relief

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Paragraph (3) of said subsection (k) of section 6 of said chapter 62 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out subparagraph (ii) and inserting in place thereof the following subparagraph:—

(ii)                the assessed valuation of the residence does not exceed $750,000.
